- A Seeit agent starts a web-based session at https://seeit.gotoassist.com/ and then invites you to join.
- Join the agent’s session (Wi-Fi recommended), and then share your camera and microphone to resolve your issue.
- Turn off your camera or mute yourself anytime.
- End the session whenever you like.

Did not have to go out to fix my sons wheel chair Parts got ordered over phone with pictures to the techs. So useful and easy to use!!

App needs to be updated for newer Android software. Having to use this for warranty repairs with a major car manufacturer, this app is a must need.

Awesome interface to share hands-on experiences remotely. Helped my son get parts needed/approved for his wheelchair quickly and efficiently (probably saved two weeks worth of back-and-forth as was typical, Thank you!) - Steve Bradee
